Edit a Simple Asset
Navigate (see links at the end of this article for tips on navigating) to an existing Asset and selecting a Component. E.g.:
You will now see the Component Dashboard displayed and a listing of Simple Assets:
Click the "Edit" button to edit the existing settings for the Simple Asset. The data entry process functions the same as when you Add a Simple Asset.
Dimensions
Click the "Dimensions" button next to a Simple Asset to populate its Dimensions:
In the above example, we have entered two dimensions totaling a 5 sqm area.
Assessments
For Simple Assets that have been collected via the Brightly Assetic Assessments module, you can click on the "Assessments" button to see a read-only view of the data that has been captured against the Simple Asset.
In the example above we see that the asset is in very poor condition (100% of the asset being a condition 5 score, where 0 is new and 6 is end of life). We also can see a rating of Safety, Fit for Purpose and Appearance against the Simple Asset.
We can click the "Attachment" tab to see photos / documents that were linked to the Assessment of this Simple Asset.
